Steve has a CD for every occasion, and being a local ice cream man means he has the power to blast these out over his modified sound system, driving the whole village mad. But no one hates steve more than his stepdaughter Rosie. Lonely and fed up, Rosie finds herself confiding in her new guinea pig. Soon things take a bizarre turn when the guinea pig convinces her to steal and destroy Steve’s CDs
